Terms of delivery and return

Our delivery and returns conditions describe the procedures for shipping your orders and the steps to follow in the event of a return. We are committed to providing you with a premium and reliable delivery service, while offering you the possibility of returning your items according to our defined criteria (see our terms and conditions). These conditions are designed to guarantee your satisfaction and ensure a worry-free shopping experience.

Carriers and delivery methods

We work with several carriers: La Poste, Chronopost, UPS, DHL, DPD. We are free to choose the carrier. MuralConcept cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the transport company in charge of your order.

Order confirmation

After confirming your order, you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail with a clickable link to download your invoice in PDF format. On your invoice, you'll find the summary and details of your order (model, dimensions, finish).

Changes after ordering

Orders placed during the printing process may not be modified or cancelled (see our general sales conditions).

Processing time without customization

The average processing time for orders with framing selected by you is a maximum of 48 hours.

Processing time with customization

The maximum order processing time with the graphic adaptation service is 72 hours.

Manufacturing and shipping times

The average delivery time is between 10 and 15 working days from the order validation date.

Delivery times for our panoramic wallpapers

Our wallpapers are custom-made to order. As a result, our delivery times may vary by a few days. MuralConcept is committed to dispatching orders as quickly as possible. The average delivery time is between 10 and 15 working days from the order validation date. Delivery times may sometimes exceed the average by a few days in the event of events beyond our control, such as bad weather, carrier error or temporary overloading of our production workshops. The majority of our products are made-to-measure, and require time to manufacture and prepare. During sales operations such as sales, our production workshops may have difficulty processing all orders within the allotted time. This lead time will never exceed 30 days.

Delivery times for our Ventes Privées wallpapers

On average, our Private Sale panoramic wallpapers are dispatched within 3 working days. Each Outlet Sale model is unique.

Delivery charges

When you place your order, the delivery costs are automatically updated according to the delivery country you have specified.

  • Metropolitan France. Delivery charges: FREE
  • DOM - TOM (Colissimo). Delivery charge: 55 euros
  • Europe. Delivery charge: 29 euros
  • Switzerland (SwissPost). Delivery charge: 29 euros
  • Rest of the world. Delivery charge: 29 euros

RETURN

Return policy

All our returns procedures are detailed in our general terms and conditions of sale and in our frequently asked questions. Our customer service is available Monday to Thursday, 9.30am to 5.30pm and Friday, 9.30am to 12pm, to answer your questions by telephone or e-mail.

Our wallpapers are made to measure, according to your order dimensions. They are therefore personalized products. Products that have been customized (made-to-measure wallpaper) cannot be returned. As the order is made to the dimensions of your wall, the wallpaper cannot be resold to a third party. The right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of product, in accordance with article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code.

Before placing your order, we invite you to take all the necessary steps (choice of model, size, appearance, colors, purchase of sample) to ensure that the wallpaper you receive corresponds to your expectations.

We remind you that any product that has been installed or damaged cannot be returned. It is essential to check the product ordered on receipt of your parcel. Any claim concerning a defective product must be accompanied by supporting documents.

Non-customized products and accessories

For all requests to return goods, please contact us by e-mail at contact@muralconcept.fr, specifying the subject of your request and your order number. The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, as indicated in our general terms and conditions of sale. Proof of delivery and tracking of goods are essential.

Customized products and accessories

A product is said to be personalized when it is made to measure, to the dimensions given by the customer.

Products that have been customized (made-to-measure wallpaper) cannot be returned. As the order is made to the dimensions of your wall, the wallpaper cannot be resold to a third party. Consequently, the right of retraction does not apply to this type of product, in accordance with article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code.
